The Fair Work Ombudsman is an independent statutory office. The jurisdiction for the Fair Work Ombudsman is set out in the Fair Work Act, it provides advice abour workplace rights and obligations, and their services are free to all workers and employers in Australia.

The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission is an independent tribunal established to conciliate and arbitrate industrial matters in the State of Queensland.

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. The Agency is charged with promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces.
