The AustLII collection contains full text databases of most Australian decisions and legislation. Current databases include Commonwealth, ACT, NSW and SA legislation and regulations, most federal courts the High Court, Federal Court, Family Court, AAT etc. and many state courts and tribunals.
The Taxes & Duties Practice Area is part of Thomson Reuters' new Westlaw Australia platform. It replaces the Checkpoint service. The Practice Area webpage provides a search across cases, legislation, secondary sources, news and current awareness, and government and regulatory resources in the areas of taxation and duties on Westlaw Australia. Individual resources can also be browsed and searched.
