Pat Hoffie interviews Queensland artists & curators. Produced by Pat Hoffie with TSN11 in 1988 as a live-to-air broadcast for artists in remote locations, this series explores the parameters of debate surrounding connections between place, people and cultural production. In interviews with leading Queensland-based artists and arts workers, each episode raises questions about images, identity and ideas with particular emphasis on the concerns and interests of regionally-located artists. The program was supplemented by remote-based learning projects run by the Australian Flying Arts School and provided research for the subsequent national touring exhibition, "Traces of Place".
