Finding tests in books
Many tests and measurement instruments that have never been distributed commercially have been reproduced in full as compilations within or as appendices to published books.
Below is a web site created by a librarian in the United States that allows you to search for tests that she has located in full text within other works.
Further down is a select list of books in our collection known to contain the full text of test instruments.

It is designed as an aid in locating known assessment instruments within published books. As such, entries include only instrument title, author, date, & pages located in a larger compilation. It is assumed that a proper literature review has been done to identify the appropriate tools.
Books with complete tests
Below is a selection of books that are known to contain the full text of a range of tests and other instruments. To find other similar works for yourself, you may wish to try searching the library catalogue using keywords for your topic together with a variety of terms for tests, eg
intelligence and (test* or measure* or assessment* or instrument*).
You will then need to inspect those works to see if they include the full text of actual tests.
